ASRC Federal is seeking a Facilities Coordinator/Front Desk Support on site at our Reston, VA office.

Key Role: Provide internal and external customer-oriented service, in support of the Reston office, to include greeting ASRC Federal employees and visitors; answering, screening and transferring incoming phone calls; and performing general office and/or facilities-related administrative tasks.

This role combines receptionist and general administrative duties, supporting ASRC Federal management and staff, as well as the corporate facilities management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Responsibilities and Experience Requirements: * Front desk - Reception: Greet and sign in visitors, answer phones, direct calls, and provide information to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

* Ensures the front reception area is neat and orderly, i.e., boxes, mail, papers, flyers, etc.

neatly stacked away from walkways, isles, desks, ledges, etc., and personal items neatly stored away * Front desk - Security: Follow ASRC Federal security protocols by having visitors - internal and external - sign in on the visitor's log; issue visitor's badges; and ensuring all visitors are escorted by ASRC Federal personnel into our space (as appropriate) * General Administrative Support: Assist with tasks like scheduling meetings, managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining office supplies/equipment, badges, and filing.

* Facilities-Related Support: May include assisting with office/building access, coordinating with maintenance staff, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.

Support with re-stocking supplies in kitchenettes, copy rooms and other areas, as needed.

* Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records and data, including visitor logs, office phone directories, delivery logs, and meeting schedules.

* Communication and Interfacing: Act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication.

* Problem-Solving: Address minor issues and requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth workflow.

* Other Duties: May include photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements: * High school diploma or GED required.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or office services role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.

* Handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and effectively * Possess good verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills (MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) * Ability to lift 20 pounds to a height of 48 inches and/or roll a cart with a loaded weight * Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
