We are hiring a Functional Lead to work in Columbia, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.
Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
Coordinate functional requirements gathering and provide input to design
Complete and maintain configuration management and release management activities
Develop test scripts and coordinate and execute low side build and regression testing, high side internal testing, and user acceptance testing
Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution
Manage a small team of functional resources
Provide functional support for deployment activities
Serve as a backfill for other functional team members as needed
Coordinate baseline change documentation reviews
Develop training and instructional materials to supplement baseline change deployments
Individual Capabilities/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events desired
Minimum of 2 years in procurement software desired
Minimum of 2 years management experience desired
Experience in configuration management desired
Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, to include requirements, design, and training documents desired
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Experience briefing, to include executive meetings, organizations, and multiple stakeholder groups
