Ensures a seamless client experience in line with company values.

Coordinates project activities from design through completion.

Responsibilities:

Develops leadership and management skills by assisting with construction projects from design through closeout.

Supports relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and superintendents under the guidance of senior project managers.

Assists with estimating, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and site safety planning.

Coordinates preconstruction tasks, including permitting, value engineering, bid processes, subcontractor selection, and trade coordination.

Manages project processes and meetings, including kick-off, safety planning, progress updates, subcontractor coordination, and closeout.

Maintains subcontractor and owner contract documentation, RFIs, submittals, and project management software.

Monitors project schedules, identifies potential issues, and applies lessons learned to improve project delivery.

Develops foundational knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, energy requirements, and cost estimation.

Assists with budget tracking, cost estimates, and invoice approvals.

Supports job site de-mobilization and ensures compliance with green building certifications.

Engages with clients, listens to their goals, and communicates project updates effectively.

Champions site safety, enforcing protocols from planning through completion.

Tracks lessons learned and shares insights with team members.

Assists in maintaining positive client relationships to generate repeat business.

Supports the development of site-specific safety plans and their implementation.

Prepares project financial reports, change orders, and budget updates.

Reviews change orders for approval before implementation.

Conducts site walk-throughs, schedules future work, and resolves design or construction issues.

Upholds company values, ethics, and commitment to safety and quality.

Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in internal and external interactions.

Mentors interns and project engineers.

Maintains clear and effective communication with teams, trade partners, and clients.

Ensures timely resolution of project issues.

May lead a small project.

Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
