BAE Systems is looking for a Wafer Foundry Production Supervisor for the Nashua, NH facility. As shift supervisor, you will manage the product flow, expedite priority lots, and optimize operations decisions around maintenance activities. You will lead a team of technicians, managing training, compliance, safety, and Tool/Technician utilization to achieve business objectives for quality, safety, delivery, and cost. You will also support continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and coordination of WIP and staffing
Supervise, lead, train, and develop technicians
Collaborate with team members from other functional areas
Achieve objectives for quality, safety, delivery, and cost
Track and report performance metrics
Identify opportunities for improvements and lead/support improvement efforts

Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
