What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage planning, design & construction of bridges

Lead proposals, project strategy, and execution

Guide and mentor engineering staff

Work closely with MDOT & local clients

Build lasting relationships while building big things

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering

10–15+ years of relevant experience

Michigan PE License required

MDOT experience is a must

NBIS Qualified Team Leader = big plus

AutoCAD & MicroStation skills preferred
