Responsibilities:

Shift Length: 12 or 24 hour shifts (8-8)

Patient Volume: Approx. 21 patients/day

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic with Dragon Dictation

Trauma Level: IV

Qualifications/Requirements

License: Wisconsin

DEA/CSR: Wisconsin DEA Required

Board Certification: Will consider any board with ER experience (Ex: FM Board with ER Experience or EM Board)

Life Supports: If EM boarded, must have proof of taking ATLS once. All others are waived. If FM boarded, must have all active life supports. ATLS or CALS-TM accepted for Trauma certification. Certifications are preferred to be completed via American Heart Assoc.

Covid/Flu Vaccination: Preferred but not required
