Mold Attendant Compensation

The pay for this position is $14.50 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Mold Attendant Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3-2-2-3 D-shift schedule Mold Attendant Responsibilities

Operate multi-cavity injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce quality components

Inspect molded components for defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications

Perform minor maintenance activities on assigned molding presses

Maintain inventory by placing surplus molded parts appropriately

Assist team members during breaks or absences to maintain continuous operation

Follow GMP requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area

Read and follow all relevant work instructions, forms, and equipment manuals

Use appropriate judgment in identifying and escalating quality issues

Work effectively in a team environment with limited supervision Mold Attendant Requirements

Must pass an eye exam with 20/30 vision (with or without corrective lenses) and a color vision test

High School Diploma or GED required

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Mold Attendant Preferred Qualifications
