Leading the migration of Team Foundation Server (TFS) pipeline to GitLab CI/CD, including planning, conversion, and implementation
Maintaining and improving existing CI/CD workflows, infrastructure, and tools, ensuring operational continuity
Supporting and modernizing infrastructure, including both Windows-based and Linux-based environments
Designing, implementing, and documenting GitLab CI/CD pipelines using YAML and automation best practices
Collaborating across engineering, QA, and IT to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable deployment processes
Monitoring systems for performance, stability, and security; resolving incidents and optimizing reliability
Championing infrastructure-as-code practices and continuous improvement efforts
Helping build internal documentation, reusable templates, and tooling for ongoing DevOps initiatives
Performing other related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years' experience with or knowledge of DevSecOps principles, to include any experience being part of an Agile or Extreme Programming development team
Experience managing and supporting both Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) systems
Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker)
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments
Security+ certification
Highly motivated, self-starter
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Ability to quickly find creative solutions to difficult problems
Active Top Secret Security clearance
Desired Skills
5+ years of experience administering servers, backup operations, and systems monitoring in multiple and complex network server environments
2+ Experience administering Atlassian suite in cloud environment, as well as understanding of JIRA user workflows for trouble tickets and project management
Experience with automation tools including PowerShell, Ansible, and ScriptRunner
2+ years of experience working with identity access management platforms, especially with security policies, multi-factor authentication mechanisms, DoD certificate exchange, and zero-trust design models
Ability to work full time at customer location in secure area on classified systems
Experience with legacy build systems (MSBuild, XAML) and translating them into modern workflows
GitLab CI/CD certification or hands-on GitLab Runner administration (Experience with self-Hosted Git servers)
Exposure to security and compliance controls in DevOps pipelines
