Job Title: Production Associate - 3rd Shift
Job Description
This role involves rotating between three different positions every 30 minutes, ensuring the efficient packaging of products into boxes, conducting quality inspections, and building boxes. You will be trained into an operator role, which includes setting up machines, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and training other assistants.
Responsibilities
Rotate between three positions every 30 minutes.
Package products into boxes.
Perform quality inspections on products.
Build boxes as needed.
Set up machines and conduct basic maintenance.
Troubleshoot machine issues.
Train other assistants in operational tasks.Essential Skills
Experience in packaging and machine operation.
Ability to conduct inspections and paper processing.
Rewind and forklift operation skills.
6 months previous manufacturing experience within the last 2 years.
Capability to lift 30lbs consistently.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and rotate throughout an 8-hour shift.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous.
A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
This role is based in a newer building with a clean environment and modern machines. The facility includes space for warehousing large rolls of tissue and boxes of finished products. The temperature is comfortable, and the noise level is manageable, with optional hearing protection. The shift runs from 9pm to 5am, Sunday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
