Analytics Engineer (755041)

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to process and transform large volumes of data efficiently, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

• Establish and manage large datasets to leverage usable information.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, implementing optimizations as necessary.

• Rapidly produce reports and output consistent with requests from executives, sales and operations.

• Implement and maintain data governance and security protocols to ensure compliance with data regulations.

• Participate in supporting and resolving helpdesk related incidents pertaining to data, reporting, and analysis of data trends required for business decisions.

• Build reports and visualization experience using: Tableau, Power BI and Business Intelligence Applications.

• Technical troubleshooting, including determining points of failure and fixing issues with identification of root causes and documentation as needed.

M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related. OR B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related plus 2 years’ experience as analytics engineer, or related. Experience or education must include working or theoretical knowledge of:

• SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Tableau, Power BI, and Business Intelligence Applications.

• Database modeling, ELT/ETL and performance optimization.

• Data modeling concepts and best practices for data architecture.

• Code release reviews, design-phase reviews and risk reviews; and

• Software verification and validation practices.
