Job Description Job Title: Quality Control & Account Boarding Specialist Pay rate: $26.92/hr Location: This is a hybrid role based in West Des Moines, IA 50266.
(To work from home, candidates must have a dual monitor setup or an oversized monitor.) Overview: The Merchant Services Operations Group is seeking a Quality Control & Account Boarding Specialist to support onboarding operations, specifically for the Add Locations Team.
This role will focus on data entry, account boarding, quality control, and peer review, ensuring accuracy and compliance in the account setup process.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform data entry, account boarding, and quality control checks for new merchant accounts.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Help implement the 100% QC process for Add Locations to improve accuracy and cycle times.
• Clearly communicate errors and discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications: • Experience in merchant services, payments, or financial services account boarding.
• Strong background in data entry, quality control, and peer review.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of professionalism and ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
