URGENT - Sr UNIX Developer (Onsite role Bellevue WA)

Job Description

This job is for a consultant position for our client based in Bellevue WA. Candidate must go to Client location in Bellevue WA (WASHINGTON) 3-5 days every week depending on client needs. Valid prior job references are a must.

Job Description: UNIX Developer

• 5+ years strong experience with Unix systems and Shell scripting.

• Design, develop, and deploy adapters and platforms within the prod environment.

• Monitor and maintain pipelines running in the lab to ensure smooth operation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in the lab, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

• Automate processes and workflows using scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Shell scripting.

• Continuously optimize and improve lab infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.

• Proficiency in Perl and Python programming languages.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a lab environment.

• Experience with Hadoop and Kafka.

• Knowledge of networking or telecom domains.

• Familiarity with web development frameworks or tools.
