Are you an experienced solder rework operator and electronics assembler eager to be part of a transformative team? Our client is seeking dynamic individuals to lead the charge in reshaping our assembly processes. Utilize your soldering rework expertise to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Thru-Hole and SMT hand-soldering with precision.

Perform rework on electronic assemblies.

Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to established policies.

Knowledge of chips design, digital, analog

Circuits, design flow, hardware description languages

Fundamentals in basic electronics

Ability to understand circuits and explain the function

Proficient in logical and analytical thinking for circuit debugging and programming

Maintain electrical safety (ESD)

Production techniques to troubleshoot electronic equipment and repair.

Maintain knowledge of circuit components, physical design, PCB layout and function.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year of experience in related field (Preferred).

Skilled in all aspects of PCB soldering

Basic knowledge of electrical components, instruments, and devices.

Electronic assembly experience.

Skill and ability to control use of resources.

Ability to be an effective team member; communicate and cooperate with other personnel.

Proficient knowledge of the computer and Microsoft Office products.

Basic math skills.

Ability to maintain confidential information, in accordance with company policy.

Ability to work independently and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.

Knowledge of IPC A-610 inspection criteria

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to use small tools and components such as tweezers, pliers, cutters, soldering irons, ovens, and electrical test equipment.

Combination of a standing and sitting position which includes frequent walking, lifting and occasionally carrying of up to 50 pounds.

Body mobility to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, grasp, and reach.

This position occasionally works in an industrial environment and may be exposed to dust, fumes, hazardous chemicals, and loud noises and changes in temperature.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly wage range of $19 to $21/hour
