Desktop Investigator

Job Description

Salary: $18 Hourly

*REMOTE OPPORTUNITY*

Desktop Investigators perform claims investigation utilizing various public record searches to compile results and prepare comprehensive investigative reports for submission. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and sound judgment. This candidate must be a calm professional who works well under pressure, with colleagues and managers within the office and in the field.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs claims investigation to include public records searches, record retrievals, facility canvasses, online inquiries, infinity searches, and skip trace referrals.

Compiles results and prepares comprehensive investigation report for submission.

Supports the organization's quality program(s).

Performs other duties as assigned.

The Robison Group provides remote training to ensure that individuals are set up for success before moving into their roles.

Hourly Rate is commensurate with education and experience
