We are actively seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Stow Ohio.

As a Maintenance Technician at Banyan Living, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of our properties. Your expertise will help ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and contribute to the quality of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.

Respond to tenant requests for maintenance and repairs promptly.

Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance issues.

Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring they meet company standards.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices throughout the property.

Assist with the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including landscaping and snow removal as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.

Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic HVAC principles.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to access multiple locations.

Capacity to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.

Willingness to work on-call and flexible hours as needed.
