Job Description

Are you a compassionate problem-solver who enjoys helping people in fast-paced environments? Then you might be perfect for the Mitigation Technician role at Concraft. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing damage, cleaning, demolition, and prepping for construction.

Compensation:

No experience - will start at $17/hour

Average yearly income $37,000-$65,000

Experienced technicians - we will negotiate depending on your skills and experience

Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing

Execute all water mitigation and extraction services

Mend and refurbish the home or businessQualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required

Applicant must be skilled in using hand and power tools

Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must

Comfortable with fieldwork, and working in all types of weather and environments

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup

MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills

Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule

Empathy and compassion

Willing to learn new things every day

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
