Job Overview:
Banyan Living is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting prospective residents with their ideal homes while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to build relationships, showcase our properties, and facilitate the leasing process will be essential in maintaining high occupancy levels across our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective residents through property tours, answering questions, and addressing concerns about leasing.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and attract potential tenants.
Process and evaluate rental applications while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into successful leases.
Prepare leasing documents and guide new residents through the onboarding process.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is desired.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
