Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will ensure the efficient operation of our Warehouse/Supplies department with a strong focus on both internal and external customer service. In addition to managing daily warehouse operations, you will play a key role in assembling printers and providing support for delivery tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Maintain high safety standards, keep a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a secure working environment

Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, product delivery and return processes

Perform cycle counts, manage dead stock inventory, and handle supply orders and restocking of shelves

Support delivery driving on an occasional basis as needed

Process warranty claims and related tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a warehouse is a plus

Experience with printer assembly is a plus

Strong communication and customer service skills

Effective problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth
