We are now accepting resumes for a Full-Time Call Center Specialist in our Growing Pediatric Practice! CNA Medical background is a plus.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:40 - 5:00 (rotating shifts) with, One Saturday a Month 8:30 am to 12:00 pm (Paid at double rate)

Some of theresponsibilitiesof the position:

-Scheduling patient visits in accordance with parental needs and provider availability

-Preparing, faxing and uploading patient paperwork as needed for appointments

-Receiving calls, gathering information and routing to pertinent departments as appropriate

-Sorting and tagging patient documents received via e-fax server into patient charts for provider sign-off.
