What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy TIBCO-based integration solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Build and manage complex TIBCO workflows and processes.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing TIBCO applications for performance and reliability.

Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.

Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Stay current with emerging TIBCO technologies and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO development.

Proficiency with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition, EMS, Hawk, and related tools.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Strong grasp of SOA, EAI, and ESB architecture.

Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, and REST/SOAP services.

Solid SQL and database integration experience (e.g., Oracle).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

TIBCO certifications.

Experience with cloud-native integration platforms.

Familiarity with other middleware/integration tools.
