Hermes Landscaping is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to join our team in Kansas City. With over 60 years of excellence in the landscaping industry, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support daily accounting operations. Versatile Accounting Support – Experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process-Oriented Team Member – Skilled at managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial accuracy.
Clear Communicator – Able to collaborate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Reliable Team Player – Dependable and willing to jump in where needed in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
