Key Requirements:

We are hiring Manual Machinists to work in a Shipyard to do ship repair work. The manual machinist will be operating mills, lathes, drill presses, milling machines, as well as cutting bolt circles.

Work experience required:

Must have 2 year experience as a Manual Machinist within the last 2 years (CNC EXP NOT ACCEPTED)

Shipyard experience is a Plus, but not a necessary

Must be able to operate a mill, lathe, drill press, milling machines, and cut a bolt circle.

Other Requirements:

5PNL drug screen

Need to have own machinist hand tools.

The ability to disassemble and reassemble pumps, valves, and hydraulic equipment is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Shifts:

M-F, 8-10 hrs/day, 7AM - 5PM

Mon-Friday 3:30 PM - 01:30 AM
