Develop and maintain CMM programs for various measurement tasks.

Perform inspections on machined parts using CMM equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.

Analyze measurement data and prepare detailed reports for quality assurance.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve measurement processes.

Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.

Identify and troubleshoot measurement issues, providing solutions to enhance accuracy.Qualifications

Proven experience as a CMM Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Proficiency in CMM programming software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Knowledge and experience working in an AS9100 Qulaity System

Experience with DOD and Aerospace requirements preferred.

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

AS9100 Experience

Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss, Hexagon)

Calipers and Micrometers

Salary info:

$30 - $40 / hr
