Job Title: CAD Engineer Specialist

Type of Engagement: 12-month contract

Work Location: Onsite position located in Greensboro, NC

Job Overview:

As a CREO Trainer and Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical skills of our team members. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on CREO, focusing on its application within processes and systems. Your expertise in CATIA and internal Processes and Tools will be essential in ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of these tools. Additionally, your support will not be limited to training and coaching but will also include supporting release work and completing tasks in CAD and other tools. Knowledge of CAB-related components and how to engineer A-surfaces is also required.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Comprehensive Training: Deliver in-depth training sessions on CREO, ensuring that team members understand and can utilize the software effectively.

Develop and Update Training Materials: Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content, to support the training programs. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date with the latest software updates and internal processes.

Evaluate and Address Training Needs: Assess the training needs of different departments and customize the training programs to meet those needs. Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members post-training to ensure they can effectively use CREO in their daily tasks.

Support Release Work: Assist in supporting release work and completing tasks in CAD and other tools to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience working with CREO and CATIA, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.

Proficiency in CREO and CATIA, with a deep understanding of internal process tools and systems.

Knowledge of CAB-related components and extensive knowledge with the use of surfacing tools, both within CREO and CATIA, to create complex surfaces.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CREO and CATIA usage.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
