Title: PMP Certified Project Manager
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 1+ year contract with opportunity to hire
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the project scope, schedule and budget and reporting to IT management on a weekly basis or as agreed upon.
Assist the client’s IT Division staff and migration partner queries, coordinating tasks and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and meet key deadlines.
Experience required
Review, analyze and evaluate user/system needs
Project management experience with a PMP Certification.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and XL
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects lasting 6 to 12 months, with teams of 3 to 4 people.
Process optimization, best practices, change management, facilitation and internal/external consulting is highly preferred.
Should have excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills.
Extensive knowledge of applications development
