As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members over the phone. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from members regarding their accounts
Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
Provide information on products and services offered by the credit union
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with members
Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelinesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in basic computer skills
