Immediate need for a detail-oriented and reliableBindery/Finishing Operatorto join our production team in Cranbury, NJ. In this role, youll play a critical part in the final stages of our printing processensuring materials are professionally finished, packaged, and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of bindery equipment (folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, laminators, etc.)

Perform quality checks on finished materials to ensure accuracy and consistency

Package, label, and prepare completed jobs for shipping or pickup

Maintain equipment and follow safety and maintenance guidelines

Work collaboratively with the print production team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bindery, finishing, or print production environment preferred

Familiarity with finishing equipment and processes (cutting, folding, stitching, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Dependable and punctual with a team-first attitude

Pay:

$20/hour, depending on experience

Full-time
