Security - Courtesy Patrol Supervisor

The Courtesy Patrol Supervisor is responsible for leading patrol officers to maintain a safe and secure environment. This role involves overseeing patrol operations, responding to security concerns, and ensuring compliance with property safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise patrol officers, assign shifts, and conduct training to ensure professional security presence.

• Patrol Coordination: Oversee routine inspections, monitor property access points, and ensure patrol coverage aligns with safety needs.

• Insures Proper Enforcement and Coordination of Badges

• Incident Management: Respond to security concerns, coordinate emergency procedures, and document incidents accurately.

• Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to community security protocols, property rules, and legal regulations.

• Resident & Visitor Engagement: Serve as a visible point of contact, fostering a secure and welcoming environment.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain patrol logs, review security reports, and provide updates to property management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or property management.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage personnel and security protocols effectively.

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Knowledge of security practices, property safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.

• Relevant certifications (such as security training or first aid) may be required.

Courtesy Patrol Supervisor may be responsible for ensuring the proper enforcement and coordination of badges, which involves overseeing identification protocols, verifying credentials, and maintaining security standards. This duty typically includes:

• Badge Issuance & Verification: Ensuring personnel have the correct identification and access credentials.

• Compliance with Security Policies: Enforcing badge-related regulations to prevent unauthorized access.

• Coordination with Management: Communicating badge policies with property managers and security teams.

• Monitoring Badge Use: Ensuring badges are displayed correctly and used appropriately.

•Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Working Conditions

•This position requires working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• This position involves working outdoors, in various weather conditions.

• This position requires standing, walking, for extended periods.
