We are assembling a qualified team of professionals to participate in a government contract proposal for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). FLHSMV is committed to highway safety and security through service, education, and enforcement, leveraging technology and innovation to protect Florida's roads. We are seeking professionals for the following roles:
Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in a Business Analyst role.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Government or transportation project experience is a plus.
IT Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on IT strategies and best practices.
Assess existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements.
Support implementation of new technologies and systems.
Align IT initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in IT consulting experience.
Previous work in public sector or transportation environments preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Technical Writer
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain IT documentation (user manuals, system documentation, policies).
Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and engineers to ensure accuracy.
Maintain version control as systems evolve.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Technical Writer.
Excellent writing skills in English.
