1. Director of Network Operations/Network Engineer (Level IV)
Responsibilities:
Lead network services and customer support operations.
Manage system architecture, risk management frameworks (RMF), and authority to operate (ATO) documentation.
Ensure compliance with DoD standards, oversee network migrations, and direct project efforts.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Air Force Medical Information/DHA Systems.
Expertise in Med-COI/DHA networks, RMF, and ATO.
Certification per DoD 8570.01-M requirements.
2. Systems & Network Administrator (Level II)
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain DoD network systems.
Support Windows servers, MECM, and network configurations.
Provide technical training and assistance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Air Force Medical Information/DHA Systems.
Proficiency in network administration tools and Med-COI/DHA networks.
Relevant certifications per DoD 8570.01-M.
3. Senior PACS Manager (System Administrator - Level IV)
Responsibilities:
Oversee radiology/cardiology PACS and Telehealth programs.
Manage PACS network systems, user interfaces, and project implementations.
Support teleradiology and TelePathology operations.
Requirements:
10+ years of PACS/DHA network experience.
Knowledge of Med-COI/DHA networks and PACS infrastructure.
Certification per DoD 8570.01-M standards.
4. PACS Administrator (System Administrator - Level III)
Responsibilities:
Support radiology/cardiology PACS operations under the Senior PACS Manager.
Provide project management, network administration, and user interface support.
Requirements:
4+ years of PACS/DHA network experience.
Familiarity with Med-COI/DHA systems.
Relevant certifications per DoD 8570.01-M.
5. Systems Customer Support (IT Service Desk Specialist - Level III)
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier I and Tier II IT support.
Handle network operations, troubleshooting, and customer inquiries.
Train end-users on system functionalities.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Air Force Medical Information/DHA Systems.
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Certification per DoD 8570.01-M.
6. Webmaster/Graphic Designer/Multi-Media Support (Level III)
Responsibilities:
Maintain and design web services, SharePoint environments, and multimedia content.
Create visual materials for marketing and education.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT systems and multimedia design.
Familiarity with Med-COI/DHA networks.
7. Mobile Device Technician/Customer Support (Level III)
Responsibilities:
Manage mobile device operations, including smartphones, MiFi devices, and pagers.
Provide first-line troubleshooting and assist with IT support tasks.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with mobile device administration and Air Force Medical Information Systems.
Certification per DoD 8570.01-M.
