About The Role
We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our talented team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing turn-key projects with a "hands on" approach to ensure on-time delivery, under budget expenses and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Management of and actively involved in the development through to completion of a Project.
Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and Customer Service & Logistics to ensure knowledge sharing, equipment and performance objectives are attainable and met for each project
Actively work with the Sales and Technical Support Teams, sharing knowledge and experience across all facets of the project
Manage costs, schedule, documentation, quality, start-up/commissioning and training elements of each project you are assigned.
Inventory Value is within target limits
Report on and meet project budgets.
Generate layouts to assist in sales presentations, including ensuring system designs are configured to tna standards accurately and within set timeframes.
Provide machine specification and cost estimations to the Sales Team, including sourcing and pricing additional non-standard equipment and reviewing all sales quotes for accuracy prior to quote release and before ordering.
Responsible for ensuring all project plans are established, maintained and updated to all involved in the project.
Responsible for all equipment orders, follow up and communication to all parties in relation to installations.
Liaise with Technical Support to ensure all aspects of installation are covered including layouts, contract amendments, changes to job specification, etc. Qualification and Experience
Trade or tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline is highly considered, but not mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years in project management environment
Sound knowledge using AutoCAD and MS Project is essential.
Ensures a collaborative approach and is able to seek and listen to feedback across all areas of the business. Desired Knowledge and Skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation.
Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Able to lead teams and provide guidance.
Able to problem solve & make decisions in line with organisational philosophies and practices.
