A lovely British family in the Coral Gables area of Miami is seeking an exceptional live-out nanny to start July 7 for their newborn, expected in June. The schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. Both parents travel for work and while they will try to stagger trips, there may be some pre-planned overnights during the week or nights the nanny is asked to stay later. There will likely be 1-2 bigger trips per year and some shorter trips to New York. This kind and worldly family is looking for a career nanny to join their family long-term and be a meaningful part of their child's life.
Responsibilities
Full infant care: Providing a warm and loving environment, care and engagement of the baby including enrichment in age-appropriate activities that foster physical, social, and emotional growth both in and out of the home
Transportation to activities, play dates, and outings using provided nanny car. Their ideal nanny loves to research activities and get their baby out and building a local network with other babies and nannies
Coordinating schedules for naps, meals, and activities including collaborating with a night NCS the first few weeks
Preparing, washing, and sanitizing bottles and other baby items, helping with the child’s laundry, and with light meal preparation and cooking as the child grows
Nursery duties including: managing the tidiness and organization of the child's space and restocking baby items such as diapers and wipes

Social and happy to be on the go, this family often hosts their friends from overseas so at times the house may be busy
The family’s main friends and family network is in London and New York, so seeking someone who can coordinate play dates in the local area and being comfortable with that kind of social lifestyle will be key
Team player with excellent communication who will keep busy working parents in the loop and be happy to have parents pop in when they have a break
Excited to work with the infant age, know ages and stages and what developmental milestones are coming next
Looking for longevity; the family envisions the nanny being an integral part of their village because they do not have local family
Requirements
Confident swimming skills and comfortable supervising children in the water
Travel ready: experienced traveling with families and current passport/able to travel internationally
Driver’s license and clean driving record (nanny car provided)
Tech savvy (baby connect, calendar, etc.)
Legal to work in the US
