We're looking for a skilled CNC Mazak Programmer to become a vital part of our small job shop in Milan, IL. If you have a knack for precision and a passion for producing high-quality components, this role is perfect for you!

**Your Responsibilities:**

+ Operate and Maintain: Ensure the precise operation and maintenance of the CNC Mazak Lathe.

+ Review and Analyze: Examine drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to guarantee accurate production.

+ Precision Measurements: Take exact measurements for cutting or shaping materials.

+ Monitor and Adjust: Keep an eye on production and adjust feed and other settings as needed.

+ Inventory Management: Maintain a detailed inventory of completed products.

+ Quality Assurance: Check output for quality assurance and document any defects.

+ Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean work station.

**Essential Skills:**

+ CNC Programming: Proficiency in CNC programming, specifically Mazatrol.

+ Lathe Operation: Experience with lathe operation, particularly CNC Mazak Lathe.

+ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze specification charts, samples, and drawings.

+ Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

**Shift Details:**

+ 1st Shift:7:00am - 3:00pm

+ $25-$30

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
