Front of the House Server

Job Description

We are seeking a Front Of The House Server to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment. Bussing tables, set up and take down, prepping food, drying dishes are just a few of the tasks that are included in this role. This is a physical job, there will be lifting of heavy objects such as full dish bins, tables and chairs. Please take this under consideration when applying.

Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests

Take orders via our Cake system, handle to go orders as well as Door Dash and Uber Eats orders as well.

You will be trained to make espresso drinks such as cappuccinos, and lattes using an Italian espresso machine

Explain to guests about menu items

Clean and prepare the dining areas

Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields is a plus

Ability to build rapport with guests

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
