Pay:

HK$41,484 – HK$63,338 (HGPS Point 17 - 26) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic innovation and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for innovation and the ability to deliver high-quality IT services.

1. IT Service Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of cluster IT services focusing on Innovation and System Development.

2. Project Development: Assist the team manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

3. Process Improvement: Participate in process transformation initiatives and service improvement programs to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.

4. Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and best practices in their daily operations.

5. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance reviews in accordance with established guidelines to ensure system reliability and performance.

6. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and development trends

Requirements:

1. Degree in computer science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.

2. 4 years' post qualification Information Technology (IT) related experience *

* Relevant experience gained in HA may be considered as equivalent to post-qualification experience.

Preferable Attributes:

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in technologies such as ReactJS, Docker, OpenShift, JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Redis, PostgreSQL, C# .NET, JAVA Spring Boot, RESTful

2. Full Stack Proficiency: Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.

3. Growth Mindset: A commitment to continuous learning and personal development, with an openness to feedback and new ideas.

4. Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think outside the box and explore innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes

5. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
