Shift Details: Ok with locum coming in anytime between 7 am-10:30 am, can work 8 hrs, but if the locum doesnt need 40 hrs and can handle case load in less. Daily 1 hr meeting from 11 am-12 pm MonFri w/ team to discuss patients/treatment. (less than 8 hrs per day is ok, but of course, will only pay for hours worked onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Fri,
Call Schedule: 7 days straight of call every 6 weeks (phone only, super rare to get called in, just provide verbal orders)30 minute radius Work Details:
Support staff: NPs, PAs (will they oversee the mid-levels ) NM is an independent state for APP. This locum will oversee the PA-C on staff for Psych purposes. There is also a medical PA-C but they are overseen by a different MD. NPs are independent. This role is for Medical Director, so there for support and consultation of other providers, but no co-signing is needed.
Amount of coverage needed per month: n/a
Patients per day: 15 patients per day caseload, Adult inpatient, 85% dual diagnosis, detox as well.
Patient population/age: Will see patients >18yrs old, avg age is mid-30s
EMR: Wellsky (used to be known as HCS) and Dragon Medical One for dictation (cell or microphone) DrFirst for prescription fills upon discharge

Skills required: The locum will need to provide suboxone. Due to the facilitys acute licensure, they rarely see Vivitrol (if ever) as that is used more in recovery/counseling. Will need to devote 8-10hrs per month to Medical Director/Administrative duties. Practice Setting:
