Position: Locum Tenens Cardiovascular Surgeon
Location: Northern Utah (near Richmond, UT)
Duration: Specific dates only see below for details
Coverage Type: Call coverage only; no clinic work required
Shift: 24-hour call coverage
Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 5 patients
Annual Heart Cases: Facility manages around 80 heart cases per year (pre-COVID volumes were 110) Scheduled Coverage Dates
November 25 to December 1, 2024
December 30, 2024 to January 7, 2025

Licensing: Must hold an active Utah medical license and Utah DEA registration
Board Certification: Physician must be Board Certified and Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery
Experience: Preference for candidates with recent experience in high-volume cardiovascular procedures Support and Facility Information
Support Staff: Includes one Advanced Practice Provider (APP), one Medical Assistant (MA), one Medical Office Specialist (MOS), and one Registered Nurse (RN)
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
