Shift: 7a-3:30p Mon-Fri (OT throughout the week until 5pm and on weekends)
Pay: $17/hr
Location: East Plano
Must have computer experience in the warehouse
Must have 1-2 years of warehouse experience
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Job Description
As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of crates and packages to ensure quality and accuracy. You will verify the contents of each crate against the provided documentation or inventory system, identify any damaged or faulty crates, and report them to the appropriate department. This role involves maintaining detailed records of audits and communicating any discrepancies or issues to management. You will collaborate with other team members to improve auditing processes and efficiency while following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of crates and packages to ensure quality and accuracy.
Verify the contents of each crate against the provided documentation or inventory system.
Identify any damaged or faulty crates and report them to the appropriate department.
Maintain detailed records of audits and communicate any discrepancies or issues to management.
Collaborate with other team members to improve auditing processes and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.Essential Skills
Proficiency in inventory management and shipping & receiving processes.
Experience with data entry and SAP systems.
Ability to handle material and manage inventory effectively.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 10-foot ladder.
Familiarity with MRP systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in shipping, auditing, and material handling.
Willingness to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays.Why Work Here

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled and involves electronic manufacturing. The role is based on the first shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime extending until 5 pm and occasional Saturday shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
