Key Responsibilities:

Lead Process Engineering Initiatives: Provide strategic guidance for plant process engineering priorities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

New Product Launches: Oversee and manage the introduction of new products, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to quality standards.

Training and Development: Develop and implement training strategies for technical staff, focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge in process engineering.

Best Practices Implementation: Identify and implement industry best practices to continuously improve processes and maintain high standards of safety and sustainability.

Qualifications:

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in injection molding and 8 years in a supervisory role.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of process engineering, including cavitation, cycle times, and food safety standards.

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
