Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team and contribute to the assembly and disassembly of large molds and ton dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG and Stick welding, as well as proficiency in blueprint reading. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for skill enhancement through company-sponsored certifications.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG and Stick welding on various projects.
Read and interpret engineered drawings accurately.
Utilize torch cutting techniques as required.
Assemble and disassemble large molds and ton dishes.
Obtain additional certifications to advance skill sets.Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in MIG welding.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Stick welding.
Minimum of 1 year experience in blueprint reading.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred certification in welding.
Experience in torch cutting is required.

Work Environment
This position is set in an industrial environment with seasonal temperature changes, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Some areas require wearing a respirator depending on the tasks performed. This setting is typical for individuals experienced in the refractory industry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wampum, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.87 - $25.00/hr.
