Volt is immediately hiring an onsite SPC Supply Chain Analyst for a role with a well-known industry leader in Flemington, NJ 08822.
As a Supply Chain Analyst you will:
Advance Supply Chain processes using system-based planning, robust standard work, and parameter management
Plan and execute supply chain functions in MRP planning system and various reporting and analytics tools in Power BI
Participate in Weekly reviews regarding output vs forecast, production schedules, capacity and material constraints, backorder recovery timelines, and areas for improvement.
Know, understand, and improve key metrics like Backorders, Lead Time Adherence, OTIF, Inventory, etc. These topics will require daily communications and participation in the Tier process.
Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets.
Minimum required skills and accreditations:
Four years of combined experience and education (e.g. four years or work experience, or two years of work experience and an associate's degree) in logics, supply chain, or data analysis
Strong analytical skills, able to perform data analysis using Microsoft Applications such as Microsoft Excel or Access
Strong problem-solving and communications skills
Experience with an or MRP or ERP system
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Additional desired skills and accreditations:
Prior use of Power BI
Experience with SAP
Work experience in the industry of medical manufacturing

Schedule: M-F, 1st shift (8am to 5pm)
Duration: Currently scheduled for up to 24 months contingent through Volt Workforce Solutions/Innova based on performance and client business needs.
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour paid every two weeks through Volt Workforce Solutions/Innova
