We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead internal initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and keep everything on track—on time and on budget. Project Documentation
Own and maintain project charters and business cases
Clearly define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Keep project plans and change logs current and organized
Scheduling & Tracking
Build and manage project schedules (using Smartsheet or similar tools)
Ensure real-time updates to project timelines
Align schedules across tools like JIRA and Smartsheet
Track milestones and dependencies, escalating issues as needed
Team Collaboration
Drive execution by coordinating with hardware, software, and other internal teams
Lead regular project status meetings and ensure task follow-through
Promote accountability and clear ownership of deliverables
Stakeholder Management
Manage internal stakeholder expectations at the operational and tactical levels
Provide regular status updates and project visibility
Facilitate reviews, feedback sessions, and check-ins
Problem Solving & Risk Management
Identify obstacles early and work to resolve them quickly
Raise risks proactively and suggest actionable mitigation strategies
Reporting & Delivery
Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly project status reports
Summarize key decisions, risks, and accomplishments
Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and support smooth project close-out What You Bring
1–3 years of experience managing projects
Strong grasp of project documentation (charters, business cases, etc.)
Hands-on experience building and updating project schedules
Familiarity with project tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or equivalent
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
PM certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to coordinate across teams
Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
