What You'll Do:

The Mitigation Technician at ServiceMaster provides top-quality restoration and cleaning services while following industry standards, including IICRC guidelines. This position includes responding promptly to emergency calls and carrying out water, fire, smoke restoration, mold remediation, and general cleaning tasks.

Work with Senior Technicians on mitigation activities and equipment management

Follow safety protocols and accurately track time using QuickBooks Time

Handle equipment responsibly and maintain precise job documentation

Occasionally drive company vehicles while maintaining a professional appearance

What We're Looking For:

Eager to Learn: Most importantly, enthusiasm and willingness to learn our restoration processes

Some Experience is a Plus: Background in construction, maintenance, or restoration is great, but not required

Strong Work Ethic: Comfort with hands-on labor and willingness to tackle challenging tasks

Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow detailed requirements and maintain clean work areas

Team Player: Work effectively with crews and follow instructions carefully

Dependable: Maintain reliability by adhering to schedules and meeting deadlines

Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license

Clean Background: Ability to pass a background check

Clean Driving Record: Must pass motor vehicle check
