Job Title: Batch Operator for Manufacturing of Action Pave Products
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Batch Operator to ensure the correct manufacturing of 'Action Pave' products. This role requires the batching, measuring, mixing of materials, and proper operation of the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will produce products based on guidelines set forth by the production control and engineering departments.
Responsibilities
Mix various components of the product per batch, following all instructions as detailed by coatings engineering.
Double-check all weights and measurements to verify and ensure accuracy.
Efficiently operate mixing equipment to ensure proper batching time.
Accurately complete production batch forms.
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion, and inform the production leader of any equipment problems.
Perform assigned duties in a safe, professional manner, cooperating with other departments, and inform the plant manager of any items affecting quality, safety, schedule, attitude, or performance.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of paperwork as required.
Perform duties according to established policies, instructions, and quality standards for packing, labeling, handling, record keeping, and storage of products.
Be willing to work overtime and various shifts when needed.Essential Skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nassau, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
