LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a construction client in northwest Indianapolis, Indiana targeting an experienced Collections Specialist. This role will support a growing receivables team and report directly to the Director of Collections.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure accurate recordkeeping, resolving account discrepancies and apply payments correctly

· Manage client accounts, A/R balances and partner with internal and external teams

· Generate monthly reporting

· Communicate directly customers via email and phone to collect on past due balances

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of prior collections, accounts receivable and customer service background

· Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field - OR - relevant accounting work history

· High organization, detail oriented, and work with high accuracy to maintain records, data and customer service

· MS Office Suite proficiency including Excel, Oracle

Additional Details:
