Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting and preparing machines for each production run and monitoring production to ensure quality during the process. You will check parts to ensure they align with the Bill of Materials (BOM) and pick list, and assemble products as required.

Responsibilities

Set up and prepare machines for production runs.

Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.

Check parts against BOM and pick list for accuracy.

Assemble products using hand tools and gauges.

Use lift devices for manufacturing processes.

Operate or be trained on multiple machines.Essential Skills

Experience in machine operation, including injection molding machines and CNC machine operation.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Proficiency with hand tools and tape measures.

General production skills and mechanical aptitude.

Experience with forklifts and calipers.

Ability to assemble parts as needed.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience setting up injection mold machines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sanford, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.36/hr.
