Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker to assist in the final assembly of our EZ Charging Machines. This role is essential in preparing units for deployment after they have been manufactured, welded, and finished.
Responsibilities
Assemble components and attachments onto pre-manufactured EV charging machines.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, rivet guns, and Milwaukee tools, to install screws, parts, and hardware.
Safely lift and maneuver machines weighing up to 100+ lbs with a team member.
Inspect completed units for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (team lifting required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work mandatory overtime (10–15 hours/week).
Dependability and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without restriction.
Steel toe boots are required.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Good transportation and work history.
Zero tolerance for lateness or no-call no-shows.

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing facility that is non-climate controlled. The first shift is from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, with mandatory overtime required. Steel toe boots are mandatory, and personal protective equipment will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
