Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Assist customers with policy-related questions, billing inquiries, and claims processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while documenting all interactions accurately.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
