Job Description

Are you a skilled machine operator looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to operate SMT machines with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve reading and following assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications used in the manufacture of PCBs and systems. You'll also assist with line changeovers and ensure a clean machine environment.

Responsibilities

Efficiently operate SMT machines.

Accurately read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications.

Assist with line changeovers.

Maintain a clean and organized machine environment.

Essential Skills

Production experience.

Machine operation skills.

General labor skills.

Expertise in machine operating.

General production knowledge.

CNC skills.

Troubleshooting abilities.

Blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.

Must pass Benchmark Testing with a minimum score of 70% and 100% in Reading Comprehension.

At least 6 months of hand tools experience.

Basic computer skills (6+ months), verified through peer reference if necessary.

Work Environment

Climate-controlled and very clean environment.

Company-supplied smocks and ESD equipment.

Shifts Available

1st Shift: 6am-4pm (Monday to Thursday)

2nd Shift: 3:45pm-1:45am (Monday to Thursday) - 15% shift differential

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
