Job Summary:
Responsible for managing company documents.
Assist company's ability to adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information and retrieve data more effectively.
Store, manage and track company documents.
Scan, image, organize and maintain documents.
Control the retrieval of documents.
Receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
Search electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information.
Consult with end users regarding problems in accessing electronic content.
Scanning or other automated data entry procedures, using imaging devices and document imaging software.
Identify and classify documents or other electronic content according to form type or other characteristics
Assemble policy pages to be mailed to consumers
Act as a back-up for mailroom services, which includes running postage machine, prepping envelopes for FedEx, UPS, certified mail, etc.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently or with a small team
Excellent attendance
Ability to work overtime
Ability to pivot between multiple priorities
Able to lift ~20 lbs multiple times throughout the day

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
